Assigning an item to a location

You can choose one of below sequence to assign an item to a location

OR

The difference is, when do you create an item. 

Note: 

You can either:

1. input an existing item code, OR;
2. input a new item code, then create the item later on

Channel allocation of the item will follow default setting of the location.

You can also override the setting.
