1. Click on "Add User" located at the top right corner.
2. Type in the email address of the user account.
3. Click on "Continue" to proceed with the user account creation.
4. Specify a name for the user account.
5. On the Password field, select "Setup specify initial password for the user"
6. Define a initial password for the user
7. Re-enter the password password to confirm it.
8. Check the box for "User must change password when first login"
9. Select a role for the user from the available options.
10. Click on "Confirm" to finalize the creation of the user account.
11. The user account will be created. Welcome email and password notice email will be sent to the user.
