Create user and send activation email
1. On the left menu in CLEARomni, click on "System". Select "Users" from the dropdown menu.
2. Click on "Add User" located at the top right corner.
3. Type in the email address of the user account.
4. Click on "Continue" to proceed with the user account creation.
5. Specify a name for the user account.
6. On the Password field, click on "Send an activation email to user..." to enable email activation for the user account.
7. Select a role for the user from the available options.
8. Click on "Confirm" to finalize the creation of the user account.
9. The user account will be created, and an activation email will be sent to the user.
